HitmonChamp! Rocky Training Montage Pokemon Parody

Don’t miss the fight of the century! This one will go down in History as the greatest event ever witnessed by the likes of mankind.

This video and the “New Pokemon Go “Real Trailer“ were made using a 2009 iMac with a 256MB graphic card. I finished it in over the course of 1 month. This includes my vacation time.

I wanned to pay homage to the great film “Rocky“ which includes one of the most iconic training scenes of all times. The twist of the story includes the reality of Pokemon battles, were Pokemon of all sizes battle equally in the arena. But we all know what will happen when a humanoid looking thing fights a titanic dinosaur. It’s not going to be pretty to say at least.

For the scenes of the construction site, I was on my way to the river in order to record Kyogre’s shots (the whale) when I saw this building under construction. Luckily it was under the right circumstances where it was safe to be around to the point were the workers didn’t have to restrict the area. So I when ham at it. Talking about being in the right place in the right time.
